Banana Pecan Muffins

I have been making these muffins for years and think they are the very best. Just like banana bread, their flavor is enriched if allowed to set for about 24 hours before eating. But then again, they are pretty good straight out of the oven.

Using Bisquick makes these drop biscuits extra fast and easy to make. They are great for ham biscuits as well.
