RECIPES

I have loved to cook since I was quite small. I can remember standing on a chair, pushed close to the kitchen counter, stirring batter while Mom or my sisters dropped in ingredients. Then of course I was always there to help with clean up (licking the bowl clean that is!)

Several years ago I started a "club" of my friends willing to try dishes that I had not made before. This Guinea Pig Club gets together on an irregular basis to celebrate our lives' events and taste test my newest concoctions.

The following recipes have been collected from my favorites, new recipes the G.P. Club found tasty, and favorite family recipes. I use the abbreviation "tsp" for teaspoon, and "Tsp" for tablespoon.
